My Daily Supplement Reset for Optimal Support

 Because food is foundational but support is sacred.

I’ve always believed food is our primary medicine.

Colorful plants. Mineral-rich hydration. Nervous system regulation. Sunlight. Rest.

That will always be my foundation.

But I also can’t ignore what’s happening to our food system. Soil depletion. Long supply chains. Environmental stressors. Increased toxin exposure. Even when we eat well, we may not always receive the density of nutrients our bodies once did.

So while food comes first, I include targeted supplementation as a form of intentional support.

Not as a replacement.

Not as a shortcut.

But as reinforcement.

This is part of what I call my Daily Longevity Rituals; small, consistent practices that compound over time.

Below is my current supplement reset.

Morning Reset

Toxin Binder (Empty Stomach)

I begin my day with a gentle toxin binder.

Mine is made from clean ingredients like coconut activated charcoal and Himalayan shilajit. The intention is simple: bind and escort out what no longer serves the body; before introducing new nutrients.

I take this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

If I’m traveling, I may use liquid chlorophyll instead for light daily support.

Important:

I wait 2–3 hours before taking any additional supplements. This allows the binder to move through the system without interfering with nutrient absorption.

This pause is part of the ritual. We clear before we replenish.

Multivitamin + Nervous System Support

Later in the morning, I take:

My focus here is resilience.

I support my nervous system daily because stress depletes nutrients.

I support my liver because it is the body’s primary filtration system.

And I replenish core vitamins to fill potential gaps.

Again; this is reinforcement, not replacement for whole foods.

Evening Restoration

Evening is about repair.

Omega-3

Omega-3s are healthy fats that support cardiovascular health, cognitive function, and inflammatory balance. While they can be taken anytime, I prefer evenings because they pair well with my wind-down rhythm.

Evening supplements for me are about restoration.

Choline

Choline supports:

  • Brain health and memory
  • Healthy cell structure
  • Muscle function

Emerging research also explores its role in mood regulation and nervous system balance.

I include it intentionally as part of long-term cognitive support.

Why I Call It a “Reset”

Because supplementation shouldn’t be chaotic.

It should be rhythmic.

Measured.

Intentional.

I periodically reassess what I’m taking based on season, stress load, travel and overall wellbeing.

Supplements are tools; not identity.

They evolve with you.

A Gentle Reminder

Quality matters.

Absorption matters.

Timing matters.

Your unique body matters.

What supports me may not support you in the same way.

Food is still my foundation.

Hydration is still non-negotiable.

Rest is still sacred.

Supplementation is simply one layer of support in a much bigger ecosystem of wellness.
