My Morning Reset Rituals for Balance, Energy & Clarity
Feb 06, 2026
There’s something powerful about the morning. Before the world gets loud, before the notifications start piling up, before you’re pulled into everyone else’s needs, there’s a window of time that belongs to you.
Over the years, I’ve learned that my mornings set the tone for everything: my mood, my energy, my focus, and even how grounded I feel in my body.
This isn’t about being perfect or doing the most. It’s about supporting my nervous system, detox pathways, and overall well-being in a way that feels sustainable. Here’s a look at my morning ritual.
Wake + Hydration
The very first thing I do is hydrate.
Your body spends hours repairing and restoring while you sleep, and waking up dehydrated can instantly set you up for fatigue, brain fog, and cravings later in the day.
My go-to is 16–32 oz of lemon or lime water.
Simple, refreshing, and a gentle way to signal to your body: we’re awake, we’re supported, we’re flowing.
Body + Movement
This is where I start building momentum without rushing myself.
I like to begin with practices that wake up my body, move stagnant energy, and support circulation such as a 5-10 minute breathwork session followed by my daily 100s.
I engage in my daily yoga and meditation practice, which is between 30-60 minutes. Next, I’ll take a cold dip or cold shower, then follow that up with wet skin brushing and a self-massage using Osea’s plant-based body brush.
Depending on my schedule and energy, I’ll also add celery juice or a 1-mile walk or light mobility.
This part of my morning is less about “working out” and more about getting my body online, feeling awake, clear, and connected.

Oral
Oral care is one of those underrated wellness practices that makes a huge difference. It’s a small ritual that makes me feel instantly refreshed and clean. It includes tongue scraping, brushing and oil pulling and using a Waterpik.
Skincare
I like to use Herbal Face Food and Osea Serum to cleanse and hydrate. Then, I seal my skin with Skin & Soul Wellness Blue Tansy Barrier Repair Face Oil.
This combo keeps my skin nourished, protected, and glowy, especially on days where I’m traveling, in dry air, or moving through stress.
This is one of my favorite parts because it feels grounding and luxurious, even when it’s simple.
Supplements
Taking daily supplements are an important part of my health and wellness. In the morning, I start with Trilogy Multivitamin (covers B12, zinc, core nutrients), herbal nervous system support, and liver and gentle heavy metal support.
Lastly, I make my heavy metal detox smoothie or protein shake, which includes bananas, wild blueberries, cilantro, barley grass juice powder, spirulina, dulse, orange, coconut water, and plant protein (~25g) MudWtr.
