The midday rituals I rely on and the products that support it

The midday slump isn’t a productivity issue.

It’s your body asking for care.

When my energy dips, I don’t override it, I reset it. This midday ritual brings me back into clarity, steadiness and flow without caffeine crashes or willpower.

And over time, I’ve found a few plant-based, sustainable essentials that genuinely support this rhythm. These are products I use, love and reorder; not trends, not sponsorships.

Step 1: Nourish With Intention

I choose lunch based on how I want to feel after I eat: clear, light, grounded.

My most-loved option is a cleansing green soup with zucchini, spinach, celery, ginger, lemon. Mineral-rich, easy to digest, deeply energizing.

On other days, I rotate:
